Cranberry Chocolate Walnut (Semolina Loaf)


The Semolina Batard consists of only Caputo Semolina Flour, King Arthur Sir Lancelot flour, yeast, coarse sea salt, and water. Delectably crispy crust, and a satisfyingly soft crumb, perfect combination for soaking up balsamic vinegar and a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

This loaf comes in a variety of variations, including Kalamata, Rosemary, & Garlic, Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese, Lemon White Chocolate, German Chocolate (dark chocolate, coconut, & pecans). I am always coming up with new ideas for this loaf! Please, leave me suggestions of what sounds good to you!
