Did you know croissants can have up to 487 deliciously crunchy layers of butter and dough? It all depends on how you fold your dough. We take great care in making sure our high quality butter is at the exact temperature needed to fold into our dough, so that it creates the most even layers. Then we bake it until its a beautiful dark golden brown, not a moment before, to obtain the height of it’s flavor and tenderness. Croissants were sent from Heaven, as they are the best of the best (Heaven on Earth, that is, as they originate from Austria!).
